1. Limited Rights to Use Content
All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site (“Content”) belongs to us or our suppliers. We give you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to (1) retrieve and display the Content on your PC screen; (2) print individual pages on paper; (3) store individual pages in electronic form on CD/disk. You may not store any Content on any server or other storage device connected to an external network, or make any other use of the Content.
Most of the Content is owned by us but certain Content is used with the permission of third parties (“Third Party Content”) and may be subject to additional restrictions.
2. Pricing and availability
All products are subject to availability. An In Stock status is an indication only and we will contact you if we are experiencing problems obtaining your product.
Products and prices are subject to change. We will try to ensure prices on this website are accurate; however, we sometimes might get it wrong. If this happens we will contact you immediately with the correct price. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT but do not include a delivery charge
3. Delivery
We send orders through Fastway Couriers at a charge of €5.50 (Republic of Ireland Only)
Please provide a correct telephone number and email address where you can be contacted if needed.
Shipping to Northern Ireland is a set charge of €8.50
Shipping to the United Kingdom is a set charge of €10.50
For orders outside the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK please contact us at jessicalovesstudio@gmail.com for a postal quote before ordering.
At present we do not ship outside the E.U.
4. Ordering
All orders are subject to approval. You may pay by debit or credit card. All orders are processed using Paypal whose payment process employs standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your online transaction is secure. Please see Paypal.com for more details of on their security information. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us through Paypal. At no stage do we have access to your payment details.
For your future convenience you can set up an account on our website, alternatively, you can check out using a guest account.
5. Returns
We hope you are happy with your order. However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt letting us know your name and order id for a refund. Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in an unused condition. We are unable to refund postage charges. For incorrectly delivered or damaged goods please see below #6
The return of goods is at your own cost and we recommend you use a recorded or secure delivery method to return your order to us.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Goods
It is your responsibility to inform us within 3 days of receipt of goods regarding any products that were incorrectly delivered or damaged upon receipt. Contact us at jessicadiariesblog@gmail.com where we will resolve the situation promptly and issue you with a returns number if required. Please have your order ID when contacting us.
Please do not return any goods that were damaged or incorrectly delivered before contacting us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. General
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time. We may exercise the right with or without notice.
Irish law will apply to this Agreement. All contracts that result from the use of this website are concluded in English.
