Business Talks – St. Aloysius College

On Wednesday 1st March, I was delighted to be invited up to St. Aloysius College Carrigtwhoill to give a talk to the Fourth Year Students all about my Business and Blog.  I was very flattered to be approached by Rose Goggin and the Girls on the school bank team to speak at their Career Day!

The Bank Fairy are taking part in the AIB Build a Bank Challenge this year and I really hope they win!  I made a sign for them to place on their table during the competition.

The girls have created a fantastic Social Media campaign to highlight their chosen charity The Make-A-Wish Foundation.  I did the #makeawishchallenge here on Instagram where you upload a photo, video or Boomerang of yourself making a wish, nominate your friends and text MYWISH to 50300 to donate €4 – go do it now it’s such a worthy cause!

The Girls very kindly presented me with bouquet of flowers from Bloomsday Flowers.

Public Speaking has always been a big fear of mine, but it’s always great to face your fears and get out of your own way.  Plus you always feel great afterwards for pushing yourself out of your comfort zone – because that’s where all the (Fairy) Magic happens!!

Thanks for stopping by x

Jessica
